और जब पुलिस थाने में हुई एक प्रेमी युगल की शादी

अभी तक आपने पुलिस को अपराधी पकड़ते देखा होगा. उन्हें सजा दिलाकर जेल भेजते हुए देखा होगा लेकिन बिहार के समस्तीपुर जिले में पुलिस का एक दूसरा ही अंदाज देखने को मिला. यहां पुलिस ने थाने में एक प्रेमी युगल की शादी कराई.
मामला इश्क का है. दरअसल, जिले के रोसरा थाना प्रभारी अपने सिपाहियों के साथ रात में गश्त कर रहे थे. देर रात उन्होंने रोसड़ा स्टेशन के पास सुनसान जगह पर एक युगल को देखा. उस युगल पूछताछ के लिए थाने लाया गया. पता चला कि दोनों एक दूसरे से प्यार करते हैं. शादी करना चाहते हैं.
मगर दोनों घरवालों के डर से घर से भाग निकले. लड़की का नाम इस्मत प्रवीन है. वह हसनपुर के मोहद्दीपुर निवासी मौ. रफीक की पुत्री है. जबकि लड़का कमरुद्दीन बेगुसराय जिले के सनहा गांव निवासी मौ. मुख्तार का पुत्र है. पुलिस ने दोनों के परिवारों को शुक्रवार की सुबह थाने में ही बुला लिया.
जब दोनों के परिवार थाने आ गए तो थाने के स्टॉफ ने दोनों परिवारों की रजामंदी के साथ थाने में ही मुस्लिम रीति रिवाज से दोनों का निकाह करा दिया. लड़की गरीब परिवार से थी इस लिए थाने के एसएचओ ने खुद उसकी आर्थिक मदद की. इस दौरान कई गणमान्य नागरिकों को भी बुलाया गया था.
लड़का लड़की दोनों ने पुलिसवालों का आभार जताया. पुलिस के इस अंदाज को पूरे जिले में तारीफ हो रही है. उधर, युवक और युवती के परिवार वाले भी खुश नज़र आ रहे हैं.
